How to Communicate with Challenging Customers is an interactive workshop that will challenge you to be more strategic with consideration of a variety of factors when communicating with challenging internal and external customers. Topics for discussion will cover The Right Attitude Starts with You, Why are Some Customers Difficult, Sensitivity in Dealing with Customers, and Scenarios.
About the Instructor:
Lori Howell is an instructor for Coastal Pines Technical College. She lives in Waycross and has taught for over fifteen years. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's Degree with a focus on Technology in Education. She has worked in the public education system, been a branch manager at a public library, and has taught all ages from three to ninety-three. She also preaches at two small United Methodist Churches in south Georgia, and continues to learn new things every day. Lori is also the Coastal Pines Technical College lead instructor for the current Glynn County customer service training project that is being delivered to most county employees.
